You can buy a BYPIAS gift card in our stores and online. You will receive a code to use the gift voucher in our online shop. The BYPIAS gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

When buying from the BYPIAS online store, you can choose from the following delivery methods:

Pick-up from your own Matkahuolto parcel machine 4.50 € (approx. 2-5 working days)

Pick-up from your own Post Office 5.50 € (approx. 2-5 working days)
Pick-up from a Post Office parcel machine 5.50 € (approx. 2-5 working days)

Home delivery 12.50 € (approx. 2-5 working days)

Pick-up from a BYPIAS store 0.00 € (approx. 7 working days)

Deliveries to EU countries:

DHL Economy Select starting 9.90€ (land transport)

DHL Express Worldwide starting 19.90€ (air freight)

Deliveries to outside of EU:

DHL Express Worldwide starting 29.90€

You can collect the products you have purchased from your nearest BYPIAS store. In-store delivery takes approximately 2-7 working days. You will be notified by SMS when the product is available for pick-up.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking code from the Post Office.

You have the right to cancel part or all of your order before delivery by email, letter or telephone. The order has been delivered when the order tracking number has been sent by e-mail. Once the order has arrived, you have a 14-day right of return.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation when your order has reached us. In case of problems, you can contact our customer service.

We will indicate the delivery date for pre-sale products in the product presentation field. You will also receive an updated order confirmation email with the estimated delivery time of the product.

The estimated delivery time for a custom sewing product is approximately 3-4 weeks.
