RETURN POLICY
It is important for us that you are satisfied with your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can, within 14 days from its receipt by mail by following these Product Return Instructions. We do not make product exchanges and recommend that you make a new order when you want to change size or color.
Returns in the EU:
You are required to notify of product returns by using the Product Return Form received in connection with the product delivery, attach the completed Product Return Form to the postal package together with the returned products, pay the related postage fees and follow, in addition to these instructions, any additional instructions received in connection with your product delivery. BYPIAS does not cover the cost of making the return from the EU. Inform our Customer service always about product returns and changes by either sending an email to info@bypias.com or by telephone +358 50 361 4232 on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. (GMT+2).
Returns outside of EU (UK, Norway):
You are required to notify of product returns by using the Product Return Form received in connection with the product delivery, attach the completed Product Return Form to the postal package together with the returned products, pay the related postage fees and follow, in addition to these instructions, any additional instructions received in connection with your product delivery. BYPIAS does not cover the cost of making the return from outside of Finland. Returns in Finland:
You can return your order without cost to any one of our stores without any prior notification to us via email or our return portal.
When you want to make a return we ask you to submit a return request from our Returns portal. After an accepted return you will receive instructions on how to make the return. If you’ve received a wrong or faulty product our customer service may be in contact with you for further clarification after a submitted return request. Return request can take 1-2 business days to approve.
Please make sure to print and include the return slip emailed to you inside the return package. If you are unable to print the return slip you can write the order number (BPXXXXXX) and your email adress on a paper and put it inside the package. If we cannot find this information in the return package, we are unable to process the return due to not being able to identify the original order.
General instructions:
In order for us to be able to enhance our customer service, it is very important that you provide the cause for the product return in the Product Return Form by using the number codes given therein.
Always return products in one installment. If your products are delivered in several partial deliveries and you wish to return a product, which has been delivered in such partial delivery, please contact our Customer Service info@bypias.com to receive further instructions for your product return.

Take your product return to a post office and ask for a receipt in respect of your product return. Remember to save the receipt until you have received a confirmation from our Customer Service regarding the receipt of your returned product. We do not refund products lost during the return delivery unless the customer can present a receipt for the product return.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR PURCHASES MADE IN PHYSICAL STORES
Products purchased at normal price in-store have a 14-day exchange and return right. Applies to purchases made from October 1, 2025, onwards. The returned product must be unused. Does not apply to discounted, outlet, or campaign products.
RETURN POLICY
- You can return products that are only purchased from bypias.com.
- In the event you have ordered a product custom-made for your size (as specifically mentioned in our web shop), you do have not the right to change or return such products, unless the said products have a defect. In the event you return a flawless custom-made product, we will not refund the purchase price.
- You are required to notify of product returns by using the Product Return Form received in connection with the product delivery, attach the completed Product Return Form to the postal package together with the returned products, pay the related postage fees and follow, in addition to these instructions, any additional instructions received in connection with your product delivery.
- BYPIAS does not cover any return fees outside Finland. For returns in Finland.

- Aim to return products in one installment. If your products are delivered in several partial deliveries and you wish to return a product, which has been delivered in such partial delivery, please contact our Customer Service info@bypias.com to receive further instructions for your product return.
- Non-collection of delivery from the postal office or otherwise is not the same as product return! We will charge afterwards from customers any costs related to non-collected products. In the event you wish to cancel your order after it already has been shipped to you, pick up the delivery form the postal office and return the products by using these instructions.
- Sometimes a product may, notwithstanding careful packaging, be damaged during shipping. Therefore, it is important to check the condition of the package together with the postal officials already when collecting it. If the package has been damaged during shipping and if also the ordered products have been damaged, execute immediately a notice for damages and contact our Customer Service to agree on new delivery of products. Damaged products must be returned to BYPIAS in accordance with these Product Return Instructions. BYPIAS will refund postal fees in relation to the return of damaged goods.
- We withhold the right to not deliver products to a customer or to remove a customer from our Customer Register, in the event a customer materially and/or continuously infringes our General Terms, these Product Return Instructions or other applicable terms and instructions.
- Products must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. If the returned product is damaged, has been taken into use or otherwise is not suitable for resale, BYPIAS is not liable to refund or in other way compensate the product.
RECLAMATION
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check the contents of the order, the condition of the products, and the number of items received as soon as the order is received. If you have received the wrong product, the wrong quantity of products, or a defective product, please make a complaint in accordance with the return instructions. Our customer service will review your complaint and contact you.
