You can use this information to help build your wardrobe according to your own colouring – or simply choose your favourites based on what feels best to you. Today, we take a closer look at the deliciously tropical shade palette of the Spring colour family.
What does the Spring type look like?
Spring skin tones are creamy fair, light peachy, or golden in undertone. Freckles are common and tend to lean more red than grey.
Hair is often light, golden blonde, light brown, or reddish. In the Bright Spring subtype, hair can also be very dark – creating a Snow White–like contrast, with porcelain-fair skin.
Eyes are clear blue, green, or golden/light golden brown. The iris is almost always framed by a clearly defined dark ring, which enhances the eye colour and adds contrast. Bright Spring eyes may also be very dark.
What does the Spring colour palette look like?
Spring shades are warm, bright, and fresh. Typical hues include peach, coral, light buttery yellow, and turquoise. What they all share is a luminous, lively, and sun-kissed quality that brings a natural glow and springtime joy to the face.
Spring colours radiate freshness and never become too dark or muted – this is exactly what makes them so vibrant and uplifting.
