Beautiful strapless dress from the Hanko Beach Pop-up collection. The dress has a stretchy smocked top. There is a drawstring in the front that can be tied into a bow which creates a beautiful sweetheart neckline, the string can also be tied around the neck. The drawstring allows you to slightly adjust the top to the desired tightness. There is a frill at the hem.
